We absolutely adore our kitchen remodel!! I have posted the before and after pics here!! We worked with Camon who had great ideas and was very helpful and for the most part, readily available to answer any questions. I say for the most part since there were a couple times when we were expecting follow up from him and then informed he was on vacation. That's perfectly fine, but if you are not able to follow up, then just inform the client that is supposed to be a priority and paying a ton of money. We are very understanding people but if you can't follow up with information because you are too busy or you are away on vacation just let your client know. That's really my only bone of contention with Cam if I have to give any criticism. Other than that, he's great to work with and we are working with him again for our bathroom. He came to measure on a Friday and told us he'd be putting together some ideas by mid week. Mid week came and went with no communication so I reached out one week after the measurements to see what happened. He apologized that he was too busy with other clients and would be on vacation the following week. So it would be the week after that, that we would hear back. Again, we understand and don't begrudge anyone time off but, really, mid week he could have reached out to us to let us know he hadn't forgotten about us and that his plate was full, versus me having to reach out. All this being said, we are still happy with him and his design services!! He's very courteous, polite and great to work with!The crew that was sent to do our kitchen were lacking in some areas but any problems we may have encountered were rectified by Cam and Premier. I was told recently, that the contractor they wanted to send was just too busy.We are excited to see what Cam comes up with for our bathroom!!

We bought a home in 2024, and knew one of the first things to be done was a complete kitchen renovation. Our contractor recommended Kitchens by Premier, and they did not disappoint!!! From measure to layout design to selection process, the experience was flawless! Kris and Taylor were amazing to work with from day one. We had a vision for the space, and they helped us create it! We were able to change/add without issue, and they encouraged us to take samples to make sure our other design elements would compliment the space and our choices. Delivery was well within the promised date, and the quality of the cabinets is top tier a perfect choice for our busy kitchen. We loved working with the Carpenter, Mark, who paid impeccable attention to detail, was very respectful on the job and always cleaned up after! A complete joy to work with! We absolutely loved the experience, LOVE to cook in our beautiful kitchen and can’t wait to show it off to friends and family! I’d give 11 stars if I could! Thank you!!!!!

While the end result was pretty good, the process was unsatisfactory and more expensive than expected. It sounds like much depends upon who you work with. The person we worked with was inattentive (except when payments came due) and disorganized (e.g., he left out under cabinet lighting that we had said we wanted). When we emailed questions, he might answer one, but not others, so we had to keep asking. I got the feeling that, once we were contractually committed, he lost interest.

I love my new kitchen, and the quality of my cabinets; however felt my Premier rep could have offered more in terms of layout ideas. I have one wall with a sliding glass door, the only window in kitchen, and the previous sink was facing that door from countertop, which is nice for natural light. The first draft of new kitchen had the sink facing a wall, and lots of interrupted counter space with stove, sink all in a row against the wall, and then a big blank island. I asked that the sink and therefore dishwasher go in the island, which allows me to look at guests at the island counter, and out the window; it was also was better plumbing-wise as little (expensive) rerouting was needed. Another thing I wish had been highlighted is that the standard upper microwave cabinet is really shallow. When I actually shopped for microwaves, none fit in the niche, but then was too late. So though I have a custom kitchen, I have my microwave on the countertop, and had to repurpose the microwave space in the cabinets by improvising a wine rack that fits the space - still looks a bit silly with the outlet in the middle, but the bottles can cover it. My last comment was about ordering the sink countertop; I wish I'd been asked if I wanted a hole for the soap dispenser, which I would have preferred rather than having soap on counter. Perhaps that would be difficult to fill with the deeper sink, but then I would not have bought a faucet with a matching dispenser that I will never use. Minor things but when leading a client through all these decisions, having these options presented would have been helpful. Thanks!

I recently hired KitchenByPremiere for a partial kitchen renovation, focusing on a quartz countertop and plumbing. Throughout the process, I had the pleasure of working with Phil Adams, a project manager who stood out for his friendly and personable approach.Despite Phil's commendable efforts, we encountered several challenges, particularly with the countertop. The initial results were not entirely to my satisfaction, which I attribute more to the subcontractor, Solid Surface, rather than KitchenByPremiere. I found myself dealing directly with Solid Surface, which was not the smoothest experience.In the end, while the outcome was slightly different from what I had envisioned, I am content with the results, thanks primarily to Phil's dedication and hard work. His commitment to meeting my needs and his genuine concern were evident throughout the project.Would I recommend Phil Adams as a project manager? Absolutely. His professionalism and sincerity are undeniable. It's important to remember that unexpected issues can arise in any project, and Phil handled these with grace.However, my experience with Solid Surface was less satisfactory. At this juncture, I would hesitate to recommend their services for countertops. I plan to share a more detailed review of my interactions with them separately.In summary, while there were bumps along the way, Phil Adams at KitchenByPremiere has my recommendation for his excellent service and commitment.

We had a very unique space to design a layout for our new kitchen. Camon took care of us from the beginning. He designed many options for us and ultimately designed the perfect space for us. The cupboards he recommended for us made the kitchen so functional. Beyond the normal needs, we had unusual tile work and a floor that was a tiny bit too high to install a new dishwasher - he resolved both issues almost instantly with great results. We worked with Camon @ Kitchens By Premier to update our 1990's kitchen and family room. This was a "total revamp" and we couldn't be happier with the results. We ended up removing a large portion of a wall to make room for a large island that houses the sink, microwave, dishwasher and trash. We have always wanted a gas top oven and was able to get it built in with an exhaust hood. They promised us 4 weeks to complete all the work and we were skeptical, but they accomplished that goal!
