La sesión de constelaciones familiares con Alejandra fue muy reveladora, nunca imagine que la raíz de uno de mis bloqueos estuviera asociado a lo allí observado. Después de la terapia hubo acompañamiento, escucha sobre todo lo integrado. La terapia ha tenido un resultado de más claridad, conciencia y el impulso de tomar las riendas de mis decisiones en libertad. Desde hace un tiempo quería constelar, pero no se había dado el momento, hasta que con Alejandra todo fluyo en el momento preciso.

Alejandra is a truly talented healer, wonderful resource and skillful guide. As a spouse of a similarly gifted therapist, my bar is very high and Alejandra easily clears it! She has so many talents to offer and has been especially effective in offering her family constellation techniques and guided visualizations all which have allowed me to identify and tackle some long term patterns that no longer serve me. Ale has provided profound insight to missing links in my family system of origin, heal past shame/guilt around underlying mental health conditions, and created a safe space for my inner child to speak freely and be heard. She also does a wonderful job of tailoring and accompanying workbook between each session to keep focus on the key aspects of the personal growth she is guiding me towards. I highly recommend Alejandra. She’s bery easy to work with - she’s very responsive, very compassionate, extremely kind. I feel comfortable with her even during those difficult sessions when I cry my eyes out. Her insights are very helpful. She follows my lead which is awesome because I can explore what truly needs to be done, but also offers help in case I feel too lost. I will definitely continue my sessions with Alejandra as they’ve proven to be helpful already.
