JS Homes is an awesome builder! They did an amazing job on my house. They were excellent at listening to what we wanted. When they made suggestions, they were always spot on. If there were things that we weren't sure about, they took the time to explain and educate us so that we could make the best choices for us. Their build quality is spectacular and we have been pleased beyond measure! Highly recommend them to anyone looking to build!

We really love our new home. Once Jeff got the permit to start building our house, the scheduling of all the different trades fell into place. Cory the Site Superintendent was always nice about when answering all of my questions and making any corrections to any thing that may have been overlooked. When it came to design questions, Ryleigh was such a great help and had very good input. Living on the property while the house was being built, I was able to interact with the different trades and from their perspective, Jeff is one of the best builders in the area.JS Luxury Homes is a builder I would recommend to have your dream home built.

We met Jeff and Sonya at parade of homes model they were showing. We had purchased a 40 yr old house needing extensive renovations. We set up a meeting with J&S and explained our desire to renovate. Jeff and Sonya were great to work with and helped us every step of the way. Jeff kept us well informed and had wonderful tradesmen working for him. Sonya assisted with vendors and provided invaluable insight relative to selection of cabinets, countertops, flooring and more. She was an awesome resource and met with us at the showrooms assisting us in the selection process. Project manager Cory was great to work with and was always on the job and able to address any issue. We loved working with Jeff, Sonya, Cory and their very skilled team.
