Great company with great service from the people working in the office to the people doing the services. I recently had my HVAC serviced under the maintenance plan and as soon as Maxx arrived, he apologized saying he could do everything but replace the filter because shipping was delayed. He reassured me they would call and reschedule another appt as soon as they received it. The lady calling to reschedule when it arrived was so apologetic as was Maxx when he arrived to install it. I asked him for the type of filter it was saying I was going to see if I could order it from Amazon so I would have it for them next time. He gave me the information and told me I could even set delivery up for every 6 months. Every service I have received has been professional and completed on time. I receive texts and emails confirming appointments and day of appointment, I get texts informing me of when the person is on his way. I recently had some plumbing services performed on my toilet and tub faucet and was just as pleased with the service provided by Shawn. He answered my questions thoroughly and provided me with information regarding various maintenance plans I was asking about. I will certainly continue to use JB Plumbing and HVAC
