Worst cleanup ever! I'm livid. The siding and roof fixes look great, that is not the issue so this review will not reflect that portion of service. It will instead be about their responsability, response, and cleanliness. The problem I have is their lack of responsability and accountability when cleaning up after themselves. For nearly 3 months now I have had a pile of leftover building materials and garbage left by the crew sitting in my frontyard. Since BEFORE Thanksgiving 2024. Think second week of November. It is now January 30th 2025. They have been made aware that this junk is still here. I have been told "We will have someone come get it right away!". That was back in the first few days of December 2024. I am done picking this up every single time the wind destroys their crap pile they left here. This stuff cannot fit in my cans. The gafvave company will charge ME to have them get it because they are large items. There are metal shards in my yard from cutting things too. I have a dog and a young child. Before the snow hit in late December I was still picking up big chunks of sharp metal. There is still pieces out there under the snow. Never in my life have I seen a company leave a mess and not get their garbage. How am I supposed to dispose of a pile of 8-10 feet long pieces of siding and metal trim and a massive wood board bigger than my front door at no cost to me and legally? The whole neighborhood knows this pile of junk is from your company. I still have the sign which I have so graciously left to advertise your "great" work. I cannot and will not recommend this company unless you can 100% be there the day they finish the project so you can make sure they take every piece of junk home with them afterwards.
