When I had questions, Calvin always tried to answer as possible or send me an e-mail, I'm satisfied with the Bold North Roofing and Contracting company's work and I like it, they didn't ask me to send them the second part of the payment right away, they said that there was time, we could come to an agreement, which I did not need. We had a large tree branch fall through the roof of our garage. Riley Dahl was prompt to help us get the hole tarped up and walk us through the next steps we need to take. Less

Everything before install was great, they were easy to work with they handled the insurance stuff to ensure we stayed on track. Working with the sales rep Tyler was great he made sure items were covered that needed to be and pushed to get everything included in the claim. Once the installation date came it was downhill from there. There were issues with the installation, timeframe, products used, missed installation of items, etc. They over promised and under delivered and I had to constantly follow up to get answers. I've dealt with three people so far and was recently pushed to a fourth. To date the project still isn't completed and it was started at the end of July. I'm sure I will have to follow up again with them to close this out but a promising start to the project faded quite quickly once they actually started to complete the job. Less
