As an avid tennis player, USPTA Instructor, and outdoor adventure guide, I knew that when I found Impact Fitness Nutrition; it was the perfect fit for me. We work out in all three planes of motion, using the ground to create tension before movement, which makes us strong and stable and great for injury prevention. Scott', the owner, is passionate about helping you achieve your fitness goals, both safely and efficiently. The workouts are FUN, challenging, and your fellow athletes around you are always supportive and encouraging. In fact, it's such a great atmosphere and philosophy of fitness, that I became an Impact Fitness coach as well!
