Being a recent widow and he looked after the cars maintenance..I had no clue what needed done...all I knew the oil was dirty...the boys did a great job explaining what they were doing and even cleaned up a mouse nest I never knew I had in car motor..I appreciate the true honesty and respect they gave me. Wow!!Best clean job ive ever has from a touchless machine.Locally owned and family run.They have decades of experience and knowledge. You wont find better than EZ Lube on Jacklin Rd.

I had Steve as my Service advisor today and he was excellent! His customer service skills are excellent, he’s knowledgeable and kind. He made an effort to make sure I understood all he was doing and why. I have brought my partners car here twice in the past with two other lovely guys and everytime we are treated with much respect. These guys care about the quality of their work and it shows. I have recommended friends, family and coworkers here if they want a great oil change!

Always great service, always friendly, today was really quick, and, you get a car wash included, can't go wrong.

Every. Single. Time. I go to them for minor issues (not knowing where to start) and they steer me in the right direction. I’ve never been “over-sold”; if anything, they’ve talked me down from services I don’t need. I refer everyone I know to this location because of this. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Seriously!I recently purchased a new vehicle and thought I had to get my oil changes done at the dealership. I did one oil change at the dealership and I will never go back there. It was a truly a horrible experience.I went to Ez Lube to get my next oil change within the timeline the dealership gave me to get my oil changed and instead of just doing an oil change & taking my money, they actually told me that I didn’t need an oil change and to come back around 20%.I love that they’re trustworthy and don’t take advantage of people who know nothing about cars (thank you Ron & Steve).Ez Lube has the most friendly staff, they’re informative and quick and I will never get my oil changed anywhere else.They’re honestly the BEST.

The tech was amazingly efficient and personable. Informed of price before service started, which was pretty reasonable. Tech provided info about services and made solid recommendations, but no high-pressure up-selling that I've experienced at other oil change places. Oil change was done in 10 minutes! Tech also took the time to show me how to reset an info notification on my dashboard. Will be back. Thanks!

My experience was very positive as it always is. The person who served me was amazing. Your staff is always friendly but the young man who took care of my car deserves a special mention. I believe his name is Thomas. He was friendly, very patient while answering my questions and knowledgeable. He filled the time that is usually so boring by sharing photos and anecdotes about his pets and I left feeling that I had met someone very special. Kudos to you for your choice of staff.
