I’ve been going to these guys for years. They are very honest and always thank me for my business. More businesses should be like these people. This time they did an oil and filter and coolant change.

Excellent auto and customer service,

Friendly staff!Quick and easy. Good recommendations.Price is compatible with all others. And bonus car wash! Thanks guys!!

I always go to this place for oil changes in all our vehicles. Twice now, over the years, I have pulled in, asked for oil change, a fellow has checked and let me know, it's not needed yet, oil is still clean, he looks it up in my file and let's me know when to come back. Pretty honest place, not taking my money unnecessarily. I will always go there.

Top notch service!

Amazing & honest service, will be going here from now on! Service is efficient & fast & Staff are friendly and informative & free car wash is a bonus!

always polite, professional and I don't feel like they are padding the bill---just doing what needs to be done.

The technician was great. He did the service I asked for and was patient with my extra questions. He carefully explained other options to take care of my vehicle. I also enjoy receiving the free car wash and upgrade plus the voucher for fluid top-ups! That's a great service that EZ Lube Langford provides.

The gentleman helping me was kind and friendly.

Exceptional service provided. The staff is so polite and will genuinely listen to your concerns and find the perfect solution for it.

Always nice to enjoy your oil change and trust the service you receive. One time I took my car in for an oil change and was politely told my car wasn't ready yet. That kind of honesty means a great deal to customers!

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and very fast service. The recommendations and upcoming services for my car are much appreciated. And bonuses!. Fantastic!

Arrived at a time with only one other vehicle being serviced. Technicians were personable, welcoming, friendly, and quick. Three technicians serviced my vehicle. Overall the entire team was great giving good advice! However, the price was a little higher than expected.

Kind and very informative. Will be coming back

Went for a oil change only to discover that I didn't have much mileage since last oil change so was recommended to wait later which I agreed, can tell this place is very trusting & am for sure bringing my envoy back when it is due for a oil change.

Incredible service! Even tightened my battery cables that were loose!

Steve was knowledgeable and friendly in carrying out the work. I highly recommend him.

Excellent customer service by Eric and team! Went in for both oil/filter and cabin filter and found their teamwork, positive interactions with all customers and themselves was great to see. Appreciated the special order of the cabin filter and the follow up call to set up best time for an install. Eric is a professional, customer centric leader. Learning that this is also a local company celebrating 25 years - will be happy to share your company's great work with friends and colleagues. Well done for standing out from the competitors! Sincerely, a happy customer!

Ron and his team do great work, I appreciated the extra effort they put in for me. Will be comming back

Rolled in for an unnecessary oil change. Instead of doing it, they told me upfront that it wasn't needed. Appreciated.

Fast, friendly and good service. I have been going here for years as does my wife with her car.

Steve (assistant manager) went above and beyond to make things right when we had a service issue. Thanks Steve!
