Amazing staff and were very helpful when it came time for me buying a my new vehicle. Purchased my summer vehicle through them and couldn't be happier with how everything went. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a dealership who is not trying to upsell you on things that you don't need and actually listens to their customer! Will definitely be going back again for my next car purchase!

**Very good experience!** Sometimes when you're looking for a vehicle or ready to make a purchase, salespeople can be pushy, which can make the experience uncomfortable. Talib was wonderful to work with. From the beginning, I felt comfortable and safe—there was no pressure, and the entire experience was very pleasant. He answered all of my questions promptly and was also very accommodating when something came up after the sale. He worked with me to resolve the issue and rectified it immediately.Even his father, who was there when I went in to sign the paperwork, was wonderful. He was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making the experience feel pressured or overly sales-driven.I would absolutely recommend Talib and his family to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you for making what can sometimes be a stressful process feel comfortable and positive!

S. A. S. S. Auto was fantastic in assisting me in buying my new…to me…vehicle. Talib was quick to respond to my questions and explaining everything to me that I needed to know when purchasing a car from them. He even honoured the price he quoted me even though it was actually listed online at a slightly higher price. They were honest, fair priced and helpful. I had a great experience buying from them and I am loving my new vehicle.

We purchased a BMW X5 from Talib about a month ago and we can’t say enough good things about our experience. To be very transparent, we almost didn’t pursue the car because of some negative reviews here on Google. The car was such a good deal my husband decided he would go for a test drive and after meeting Talib we were no longer concerned about any of the reviews. He was so accommodating, patient, and transparent with us through the entire process. He was available day and night for any questions we had and being available via text was amazing for us as busy new parents. The car we purchased was absolutely spotless and ready to go when we arrived, he had even made sure the seat heat was on. We appreciate the service we received so much and would definitely consider purchasing from Talib again in the future.

First of all ,, I DO NOT TO LIKE TO DEAL WITH DEALERSHIPS…admin fees,. Warranty obligated .. etc.Second, The minute I spoke to the OWNER & GM - Talib Samji.. without even me asking,, he started explaining his business model..WHAT A WONDERFUL BUSINESSMAN & GENTLEMAN at the same time.NOT TO MENTION HIS LISTENING SKILLS, PROFESSIONALISM & THE SENSATIONAL POSITIVE VIBES HE WAS INJECTING INTO THE DISCUSSION.In about 15 mins,, we did reach a deal ,, we were BOTH VERY HAPPY WITH.On another note dealing with the owner & general manager of a VERY SUCCESSFUL FAMILY, BUSINESS, TRULY MEANS A LOT TO ME.Talib,, was able to eliminate all the back and forth that usually happen in about 90% with dealer’s in the car dealership industry, as Talib was the decision maker. As a German HARD CORE MAN,, the collection atS.A.S.S Auto Group Guelph, I have to mention the Auto group has a SENSATIONAL & VERY WELL DIVERSIFIED German car collection, in addition to other stuff.THE ICING ON THE CAKE WHEN Mr. Samji in his own words said : “ WE BUY CARS THAT WE LIKE “.Long story short I ENDED WITH :1-A friend in the car industry I CAN TRULY TRUST & APPRECIATE = Talib Samji2-A beautiful German Machine.3-AN OUTSTANDING DEALERSHIP THAT I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH OVER & OVER & OVER FOR ME & my family = S.A.S.S Auto Group Guelph.Thank u Talib Samji for MAKING SUCH A GREAT IMPACT IN ABOUT 40 mins.Thank u Iqbal Samji for being the MAN BEHIND ALL OF THIS SUCCESS.From a VERY VERY HAPPY CLIENT THAT WILL DEAL WITH THE AUTO GROUP OVER & OVER AGAIN AND AGAIN.SS

I had an exceptional experience here. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. The owner communicated clearly and thoroughly about all available options, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out was his no-pressure selling approach; I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. As a small business, they truly treat their customers like family, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. After the sale, owner followed up to make sure everything was going well, which really shows his and his team's commitment to customer satisfaction. Recently bought a vehicle from this dealer and Iqbal went above and beyond! I live several hours away and from my initial inquiry on a Saturday, he had financing in place and the vehicle ready for pickup by Monday. After driving the distance, Tuesday I arrived at the dealership where both he and his son were eager to finish processing my trade-in and get me on my way within an hour or so. The vehicle's condition and cleanliness well exceeded my expectations! Thank you team S.A.S.S.!!!

Truly incredible experience. Talib was just amazing to deal with, he is so humble and down to earth. Just a breath of fresh air compared to car salesman of the passed and I truly look forward to dealing with him again in the near future on a vehicle for my wife. I recently had an issue with my car that needed to be addressed. I called Talib who said "what would you like me to do " not to be spiteful but because he genuinely wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience at Sass. He got the car fixed exactly as I asked and I'm on the road again. I can not say enough about my experience with Talib and Sass. If a person is not satisfied here it's because they were unclear about their expectations.

Talib made the process super smooth! I highly recommend SASS for all of your vehicle needs!
