Eleven years ago around the time I first heard the name Gary Vesper, “Driven” was just a duffel bag full of resistance bands, carried by one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. As a high school athlete, Gary prepared me to be quicker and stronger than I had ever thought possible on the field. He not only built up my speed and strength, but my confidence, as I saw my skills skyrocket around my sophomore year of high school. Gary also used his experience to safely get me back into baseball after a non-athletic related knee procedure, all but guaranteeing that I would come back stronger than ever.Fast forward to the present, I am a frequent attendee at Driven’s afternoon sessions, coming in after work to decompress after a long day, and getting strong while doing it. I consider both Gary and Brandon (a former Driven athlete-turned-trainer) good friends of mine, as they have created an incredible environment and a wonderful community of people seeking out various fitness goals. Whether you are seeking to regain strength after rehabbing an injury, trying to bench 1,000 pounds, or just trying to promote your own general wellness, Driven is the place for you.
