I am 80 years old and Orkin sent a really young newbie out here who wanted to stand there while I moved them! Rudy’s texted me immediately, on a weekend, after normal hours and sent a seasoned pro out here the following day. Anthony stayed an hour and did a thorough home inspection, set several traps, took pics for me, explained everything in detail right down to what kind of rats we had, and was so kind. I was amazed after spending a week trying to find competent help. I was so afraid of rats ruining my expensive new dishwasher!
