Re Generac generator purchase and installation…..From the very first meeting to evaluate my property for the appropriate generator, and the bestlocation — to the final turnover, everything was professional with no issues. The Installation process was reviewed carefully with me, and continued follow-up from the office was prompt and professional as well. The price was competitive and in-line with other brands. I am new to the world of power failures and generator back-up systems, so appreciate the careful planning, and execution of the install. All necessary 3rd party services were arranged and co-ordinated by Electrical Elite including a licensed gas fitter and Hydro One — another bonus for me.The only negative comment I would offer concerns an accident causing damage to my property. But this has nothing to do with the team’s overall performance.I am confident all future performance promises will be met, and look forward to a winter “up North”without the stress and threat of power outages. As well I plan to contact Electrical Elite for other electrical repairs and/ or upgrades to my property, based on this great experience.

Jake is very professional. He did a thorough job with the diagnostic. He wasn't able to "fix" the issue as it's more related to the HRV and was kind enough to refer me, that appointment has already been set up.

Been in construction over 40 years so I know few electricians. Had an emergency and my contacts were all busy that day. Found Electrical elite and they helped right away. I gave them another project to convert my home from 100 amps to 200 amps. They arranged everything and made the schedule. They arrived on time and work was neat and tidy. I laid down a protective layer on my floor the night before so guys wouldn’t have to take off their shoes . They came and still ended up putting on their shoe covers.I had an electrician named Jake and had an apprentice with him named Oban. They did a great job. I would highly recommend this company especially the team they sent to my home. Very professional and courteous. Even my dogs liked them.

The sales representative was thorough in explaining the features of the Generac generator. The installers were courteous very clear in their communication about their arrival times, the tasks each visit required and any participation that I needed to be included in. They cleaned up as they went, and other than the presence of the generator, you wouldn't have known that they had been there. Thank you for a great job!
