After a rocky start Stephanie was able to hook me up with a caregiver named Ashley who is a rock star. At age only 21 she is not only highly talented in her caregiver skills but is exceptionally skilled in her ability to relate to the consumer conversing with you like she has always known you! I can’t put into words just how talented she is and Quality Private Home Care provided her!

I have needed a CNA to help me for about 1.5 years. This agency strives to set you up for services with people who are compatible with you. For most services if not all, they coordinate the times that you want and need. They are very helpful with making suggestions or referrals to other agencies in which they do not provide services. My being in a wheelchair for 2.5 years and losing much of my independence has not been easy for me. I sometimes get frustrated and overwhelmed. Christine and Stephanie are two great people who listen and try to help with any problems or concerns you may like to share with them. They have filled my needs very adequately and are flexible as well. I very highly recommend this agency!

This private home care agency was sent by the angels. My mother was in need of health care services. She is alone at home in her 80’s and lost my dad (Her husband) last year and quickly declined. Working with the clinical coordinator team led by Stephanie was amazing. I first contacted Stephanie back in March as we were unsure of how the whole process worked. Stephanie was patient with us and after months of deliberation with my 3 brothers Stephanie put together a care plan in no time. The staff that have worked with my mom have are considered family only have a few months. They drop by and even call when they are not there to just chat with my mom. In all the research I have done this is a scary business to commit to, but Stephanie, Christine and all the health care staff are friends and family of the Fahey’s now and forever!
