I wish I could remember the name of the lady who took care of me yesterday. I needed a pkg sent to NYC overnight and due to holidays first available time was later than I needed! She went above and beyond and found a way to get my request done. The pkg arrived even earlier than expected. Exceptional customer service and definitely will recommend to everyone!!
