Dave was extremely professional to deal with. I liked his calm and respectful demeanor when he first looked at our house to assess the damage to my roof. His thorough explanation of the situation and my options made me feel like I could trust him. I decided to have him do a full roof replacement. He communicated clearly on what to expect in terms of timing and the process, and he did exactly what he said he would do and on time. He also took several pictures on the day of the roof replacement at every phase of the process. I was very impressed with how professional his organization was regarding communication, the quote, the documentation of the work, and the billing process. He also spent several weeks chasing down the town to get them to close out the permit and provide the CO after completion. Very happy with the quality of their work and the service I received. Receive multiple quotes which I constantly had to chase down, meanwhile Xavier ALWAYS answered the phone and texts and would come in person to address every question.CMW did both our roof in our detached barn and did a whole interior ceiling.
