Bolden is a long-time friend, and I'm proud to be a chiropractic patient of his now. I was going to another chiropractor for years before, and I don't think I was making any progress. After three months of being here, I think I am making progress, and I feel more educated than I used to be with the previous doctor. I will continue to come here for treatment and maintenance. Thank you, Bolden and team.

Received a warm greeting on arrival, went to a dressing room to get ready for the adjustment, was informed it was time for X-rays, so got them done, got a thorough adjustment, then filled in a post-visit survey. Excellent service all around.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I can't recommend Family Wellness at Teravista enough! I came in with significant back and hip pain that was affecting my daily life, and from my very first visit I felt like I was in the right hands. The entire team is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about helping their patients feel better. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and create a treatment plan that addressed the root of my pain instead of just masking the symptoms. After my treatments, I've experienced a huge improvement in both my back and hip pain. I'm moving better, feeling stronger, and able to do things that were difficult before. The level of care, attention, and encouragement I received throughout the process was outstanding. If you're dealing with back pain, hip pain, or any kind of discomfort, do yourself a favor and visit Family Wellness at Teravista. After a 2 year search I landed here and feel like it's what I was searching for.**(Update)I really appreciate the methodical approach addressing the source of my issues and concerns regarding my care. The whole team is on board with making sure that I'm informed about what procedure is being performed and what to expect as well as the benefit it will provide.***(update)Better range of motion and flexibility in my back area. Unexpected relief with some digestive issues I've experienced. Separately diagnosed w/IBS-C and I am experiencing better gut motility. Take away is improved digestion.

Dr. Harris and his team have been wonderful. I have had back pain intermittently over the last 23 years, since I participated in powerlifting in high school. I’ve tried several things including trigger point, icing, stretching, and yoga. My sister in law suggested I visit Dr. Harris and I’m so glad I did. It’s nice to come in and select that I’m feeling better and not in pain. I appreciate the education he’s provided me as I progress through my treatments. I never had an adjustment prior to seeing Dr. Harris and my body feels more flexible, fluid and I have overall better movement. Highly recommend! ✅

My daughter had problems with her back, neck, and jaw. The first few months required a lot of work and effort to help her get better. Now, after more than a year of therapy, we have seen progress, and the results are much better. My daughter now has better posture, she doesn't complain as much about neck pain, and she can open her mouth and eat better. Thank you for your commitment and the help you have provided us for so many months.

And the trainer/physical therapist, Rhi, knows what she's doing and has been very helpful in restoring strength and mobility through my healing process.I would highly recommend Family Wellness at Teravista!
