I was very disappointed in my experience here. The doctors were amazing and I was so happy to find some chiropractors that actually seemed to care. But I had been warned about the receptionist from other clients. She is known to make “mistakes.” I told her at my last visit that I needed to pay self pay not go through my insurance. I found out a few days later that she charged me self pay and charged my insurance. I waited for her to say something about her mistake but she didn’t. When I confronted her she was not apologetic, instead she was rude and seemed upset that I caught her. She has no customer service, did not handle the situation appropriately at all and did not fix her mistake as it needed to be fixed. Unfortunately I will be looking for a new chiropractor since she cannot be trusted. They would have had a client for life if they had better help. Less
