I discovered two leaks both near the vent boots and one at the flue of my newly installed natural gas fireplace.I am looking forward to how Beamer Kangaroof will handle their warranty process for this incident. A roofing technician immediately came to my townhome next day, did a temporary fix/repair untill shingles can be re-installed around the vent boots and the fireplace flue.

After using several other roofing contractors in the area 6+ times to try and fix a leak in a commercial building, we gave Beemer KangaRoof a call. They were on site within a day and had an estimate back to us within 24 hours. It's been well over 6 months since work was completed, and we haven't had a single leak since. We have been very pleased with the work that Natalie and her team provided.
