Great service and understanding of your situation. They communicate very well about the steps to get your vehicle and yourself home safely. Okay so I have never had to get my car towed in Dallas before so I was nervous, to be honest, but the folks here were so kind. I needed to get my car towed from my apartment to the shop and they said they could get a truck out in 30 minutes. There was a little trial and error finding my parking lot and actually getting my car loaded up (small parking lot, but Israel was so kind and just all around a good guy. I wasn’t going to the shop where my car was being dropped off, so he sent me a photo of my car at the shop as well as letting me know who he had given the keys to.So customer service 10/10now pricing!! It may have been a little on the high side, I’m not 100% sure, but I thought I was going to have to ride with the tow truck to the shop so I wanted a highly rated company that I could feel safe riding with (getting in cars with strangers makes me physically ill). BUT the pricing felt fair especially since my car wouldn’t move at all so they had to bring out the chains, rather than jumping it and being able to get it onto the truck. do I wish it was a little cheaper sure, but honestly you get what you pay for and I had excellent customer service so I’m not to chuffed at the pricing. 9/10 (only bc I am 25 and having to pay anything big like car towing or repair HURTS lol) Less
