My entire experience was top notch. Purchased our outdoor poly wood furniture over the winter. Mindy had no problem holding it until the weather warmed up. Now that it has we got the delivery today. Justin & Henry were great. They helped me move my old furniture and took it with them so I didn’t have to deal with it. My husband and I recently purchased new ski goggles to replace our 10 year old ones. Colin helped us find the perfect goggles that enhanced our recent ski trip so much! We always rent our skis from the Whitehouse location and we love them so much!!

We love Pelican! We first stopped in last winter to buy new snowboard boots and they had a tremendous sale going on. One of their guys in that department was down to earth and extremely helpful understanding the differences among the various options of equipment. We ended up with a snowboard, bindings and boots which was an exciting turn of events. We revisited to buy travels board/ski bags and in the summer stopped in to check out furniture. They again had a great sale going on where we purchased a polywood table, chairs and multiple polywood Adirondack chairs which we absolutely love.We highly recommend shopping at Pelican!!

I've purchased 3 different pairs of snowboard boots from Pelican, and each time my experience has been top-notch. Yesterday, we worked with Jose on a new pair of boots for my wife. Not only is Jose extremely knowledgeable, he is such a nice and welcoming individual. We spent over two hours there looking for boots that would properly fit. At no point did we feel rushed or like we were taking up too much time.Don't try to save money and buy online, get properly fit from the experts at Pelican! We left feeling like we were well taken care of and that the snowboard boots were an informed decision. Thank you!
