Salt & Light Chiropractic has been my saving grace for over two years. I came to them with hip and knee issues. I maintain a monthly schedule of chiropractic, software therapy, red light therapy, or a combination. This has allowed me to have minimal joint issues and continue living a very active lifestyle. I went to this place for treatment for nine months following two separate car accidents in 2024 and 2025.Although I had received injections, the pain returned after about three months. While looking for a new clinic, I visited this place upon my friend’s recommendation.Dr. Candace’s SoftWave therapy was incredibly helpful. I had really bad lower back pains that was making me difficult to drive, but Dr. Ken’s treatment restored the body alignment that had been disrupted by the accidents. This place truly provided me with wonderful care that were far superior to experiences I had at different places. While my treatment isn't fully completed yet, I have developed such trust in these two doctors that I intend to continue my care with them! Thanks a lot!

I had a birthing trauma, chronic illness related with nerve damage, a c section that left my whole pelvic region numb and my shoulders and Neck screaming. Was actually so bad when Doctor Kenneth reviewed my xray the next steps was complete degeneration of Spine. All while caring for a 18-20 month toddler. I was out of answers, remedies, and becoming increasingly immobile with my child. My hand was numb from finger tip to tip of shoulder.In 2 months dr. Kenneth’s chiropractic care, And Candace holistic care with soft-wave therapy changed my whole life. It will take a lifestyle overhaul, and intensive care to rehabilitate tissue and nerve damage but if you put the time in, their services will change your life. Today for the first time in 6 months since my fall and partially dislocated shoulder. A major rotor cuff. I switched to salt and light to prepare my body for labor with our second child. My adjustments with Dr Ken have helped me manage hip and lower back pain and I especially like that there is focus on providing relief with round ligament pain. Since attending this practice, baby has been head down and I feel like I’m a good position as I approach my delivery date.
