Chris took out two outdated windows from our west facing bedroom and installed a picture window. The transformation is stunning! He also installed the glass for our newly remodeled shower. Being a perfectionist, he came back three times to make sure the installation was perfect.

I can’t say enough good things about Peterson Glass and the owner, MistyDawn. They replaced a two-pane glass in my window, which was the only part that needed fixing, while another company told me I’d have to replace the entire window! MistyDawn got me a quote quickly, the price was very reasonable, and the work was completed in a timely manner. What really impressed me was their willingness to travel hours outside their normal service area just to get the job done. It’s rare to find that kind of honesty, dedication, and customer care these days. I’d absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing glass work done!

I had glass shower doors put in my guest bath. Christopher and Joel did a fantastic job! They look great, slide SO nicely, and were hung professionally. After they were done they cleaned the glass and metal frame, and cleaned up the mess from installation. I am thrilled! My whole family thinks they look fantastic.

I appreciated having windows replaced, however, I was disappointed with the lack of respect to furniture and flooring during installation.The crew did not come prepared with tarps for the floor or coverings for furniture. I made sure to move everything away from the windows that were to be replaced and figured the crew would go the next step to keep things clean during and after installation. They asked me for one of my own brooms and left one of my bed comforters dirty. I also came home to find my nice home vacuum was used as a shop vac and left dead and clogged with what I think is dry wall type dust. Two of the blinds were reinstalled and popped off the window immediately upon trying to open them. Unfortunate that now feel the need to deep clean the house. Hope the windows are not the same quality as the service.

This is a long overdue review. We love supporting local businesses and after getting multiple quotes for shower doors and windows, we chose Petersen’s Glass. The owners are fair and have integrity. They are a small business so they are busy but if you are lucky to get on their calendar they will do a great job. Thank you for helping us upgrade our shower door and replacing so many old windows that we will enjoy for years to come.

We had a nice frame-less shower door installed several years ago. last summer I called to get the sweep replaced, and was told they were to busy to come to do it. I had my handy man change it, but it didn't last long. The floor is sloped and the sweep has to be trimmed to fit. I called today, and again they were to busy to do it. I would do it myself except I'm handicap now and unable to do it. When I by things from companies I expect that the will service their products. Therefor I con not recommend this company.

Worst customer service ever will never return stole my one screen i dropped off told me i dont know what your talking about when i tried to retrieve the screen after a color mistake was made on new screens that were made then i was told i needed to pay double due to the screw up when i refused i was yelled at sworn at and called a liar very unprofessional stay away!!!

Peterson Glass has installed two beautiful glass shower enclosers for me, cut glass for windows, picture frames, cut mirrors for frames and supplied SPECIALTY glass for this do it yourselfer. If they have work to do at your house, they show up when they say they will be there (often times early) and the price they quote is the price you pay for all of the services and products they offer. Highly recommend!
