We had the unfortunate luck of a tree recently striking our home. I went online immediately to start looking for a roofing company thinking it was going to take awhile. Within an hour I received a call from Craig Fass himself asking what can he do to help. I can tell you that they did a lot to help us . No pressure and their main concern was to get us whole again and gave us alot of much needed advice dealing with my insurance company.Tom the Project Manager took the time and effort to locate the exact match for my shingles and the crew that came out did an excellent job.The estimated cost was very fair and upfront. I will definitely call them for any future needs. They are absolutely amazing and easy to work with. A rarity these days. I Highly recommend them.

Did it in essentially one total day (started afternoon and finished next morning). Cleaned up all debris and old roofing gone! Since my house is 20 years old I was in need for a new roof. I got 3 quotes. I am so glad I hired Craig Fass Roofing. Not only was his quote very reasonable, it also offered upgrades the other companies wanted addition funds for the same upgrades. Craig and all of his crew were professional, polite and clean. Craig Fass himself came to my home to provide a quote unlike others who provide a quote over the phone without coming to your home.2. I have an extensive background in customer service and know what it takes to deliver results that drive a high level of customer satisfaction. Craig spent over 2 hours speaking with me. He communicated the importance in delivering the highest quality of roof materials and the installation process itself to ensure customer delight.3. His quote was at least 20% lower than others with premium shingles and materials included. NO MONEY DOWN REQUIRED. Craig Fass does not take payment until the job is done.4. On the day of replacement there were 12 resources at my home at 6:45 am. There was a team lead onsite all day and a Sr. Product Manager onsite 80% of the day. Craig Fass also was onsite for 2 hours....further showing his commitment to customer satisfaction5. The roof was installed by 4pm.6. Tarps were placed down around my property for protection and easy cleanup. There were resources sweeping the area with magnetic rakes picking up nails and other debris throughout the day.My roof is beautiful, the pricing was VERY fair, the installation was on point, and I am very satisfied.
