After our 14 year old dog passed away. It took as a year to find Sachi, a papillon/chihuahua mix. She was 4 months old and such a sweet puppy. Alas, as weeks went by, Sachi became more and more reactive to everything as well as more destructive. Walking her became a chore as she pulled the whole way. She would also go uncontrollably crazy at the sight of another dog.At our wit's end, we were so happy to find Kristin. She has a calm and mellow demeaner and Sachi just gravitated to her at first meeting.We decided on the two week program where Sachi would be trained at Kristin's. During this time Kristin sent many photos and videos of Sachi training. She even got Sachi walking on a doggie treadmill. When Sachi returned, she was a calmer, less reactive dog and I thought it was a miracle that I could now walk her without the constant pulling.Sachi is still a work in progress. But Kristin introduced us to information and training techniques to help us continue to practice with Sachi. Kristin's training has improved Sachi's life as well as ours. THANK YOU SO MUCH KRISTIN!

Our experience with Kristen was amazing. She took our corgi Benji and gave him the foundation he needed to be successful both in and out of the house. She was very informative and the videos she made us was such a great learning tool. Through our experience, we are able to communicate with Benji much better which helps us involve him more with activities outside of the house. Kristen was absolutely phenomenal to work with. We loved the connivence of the train while your at work program and still felt like we were right there with her in the sessions thanks to the video recordings. Would highly recommend!

Kristen came to my office to help me understand a better way to crate train my dog.In a very small amount of time, she gave me excellent pointers, shared tools that I can use on my own, and showed me that I just need to put in more time reinforcing a positive behavior.I am so grateful she came to meet us and made me feel like we are really close to making the crate a positive experience for my pup!I highly recommend her and hope to continue working with her!

Kristen has been absolutely amazing with our corgi, Waffles. She really worked around my schedule, met us at our training level and immediately put us at ease with her knowledge and kindness. She’s been such a steady part of Waffles’ routine and development for the last 3 weeks.Waffles is a strong-willed dog that likes rules and routines, and Kristen was able has find creative ways to keep him active and engaged. Before he would react to almost everything especially while riding in a wagon, but now he’s less reactive and some say even calmer. She even helped us at his groomer session during nail clippings! She has also gone above and beyond by coordinating training sessions during his daycare days and when we needed boarding support, Kristen stepped in seamlessly, giving us peace of mind that Waffles was in safe, familiar, and loving hands. We also signed up for the concierge package, which has been such a treat—the portraits of Waffles are absolutely adorable and a wonderful keepsake of his training journey.Kristen isn’t just a trainer—she’s a partner who really cares about both dogs and their families. We are so grateful for everything she’s done for Waffles, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Working with Kristen to help our anxious and reactive dog has been life changing! We have tried several dog trainers, but Kristen was the only one whose methods worked. I used to be scared to take our dog on walks, because she would pull and bark at every passing dog. Thanks to Kristen's work and guidance, I've been able to enjoy walks with her, and I can even take her on outings.Kristen is very good at explaining the "how" and "why" of dog training. She doesn't just train the dog, she trains you. After all, I needed the training as much as my dog did! Kristen is a standout dog trainer. I have a dog with a pretty big personality, but Kristen took the time to observe and understand her, noticing even the littlest of things, and tailored her approach to meet my dog’s individual needs. Kristen is such a gift to us dog owners who just want to do right by our pups and give them the best life possible. She gave us insight and tools to reach our training goals and met us where we were at, acting as the perfect coach for our team. The progress we saw was both quick and long lasting, further proof to us that she really knows her stuff and can combine her expertise with heart that shines through her work. My only regret is that I don’t get to train our dog with her more often!
