The communication from the very beginning with Emile then closer to the day connected us with our driver, Manny was incredible!! If you are in the Orlando or Port Canaveral area do not look further than Smoothsails Shuttles. Also, there was a major hiccup up on our arrival in Orlando. The communication flowed back-and-forth and Manny still took us to Port Canaveral. The airline had damaged three suitcases and broke my wheelchair which that had to be dealt with in the moment. Unfortunately, we kept them waiting, but it was not our intention, but rather an unforeseen circumstance. We used Smoothsails Shuttles to pick us up and return us back to Orlando the day before we flew home from Port Canaveral cruise terminals. We were met with a big bright smile from Manny and we enjoyed great conversation and even some Floridian history along the way!! Honestly, I can say that we will use only Smoothsails Shuttles when we return to Orlando in the future. SmoothSail Shuttles is truly a five star experience! We arranged to be picked up at our home in Brevard County and taken to MCO, and then picked up at the airport and returned home. Emile is fantastic with communication through every step of the process. Manny is fantastic as well. He arrives right on time or a bit early and provides exceptional service in a beautifully maintained vehicle. Our flight home arrived at MCO at midnight, and we had such peace of mind knowing that Manny would be there for us. I’m very impressed by SmoothSail Shuttles! I was the only passenger from Orlando airport to Cocoa Beach. Felt like a VIP! When I began planning my family’s Disney trip I knew I was going to need a lot of transportation. We have been many times and used all types of transportation. This trip there was nine of us total and two that needed car seats. We were flying down and spending four days in the parks then cruising on The Wish. I researched and read tons of reviews then asked for several quotes. Smooth Sail Shuttles responded promptly and was so easy to work with, and I had lots of requests. They were easy to find at the airport, even with our delayed flight, and very professional. We were dropped at our resort without any problems at all. Then picked up a few days later and taken to the cruise terminal. We asked for a quick last minute Walgreen’s stop and he made that happen at no extra charge. Manny, our driver, took care of everything and made things so easy for us. When our cruise was over he was there waiting to take us to the airport. We unloaded, and we had a ridiculous amount of luggage, and said “until we meet again”, because I will definitely use them again. And then while we were sorting thru the curbside bag check my phone rang, it was Manny. We had left a bag and he brought it back around for us. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Use them and see for yourself.
