This is a small, family owned business so you get, and feel, a personal touch from the start. Emile was very responsive from the beginning all the way through the process. Manny (and his sister, Ruthie!) were so kind and easy to talk to, I wish our trip would have been longer so we could talk more! My wife and I booked SmoothSail Shuttles to get us from our Disney Resort to Port Canaveral to board a cruise. The reservation was booked with Emile who was in constant communication with us about our driver, pick-up time, etc.. She was great! Our driver, Gabe, was also terrific as he was on time based on the time we were given both to get us to the port and upon our return to get us to the airport. He was a really nice and friendly guy who got us involved in conversation so time went quickly. He helped with our luggage and was simply wonderful. They are a great company to book when one needs to get somewhere with the peace of mind of knowing that they will get you to your destination on time and with no issues.

II was a little worried about paying in full up front for a group of 11, but this company is very professional. Meeting times were met coming and going from Orlando to Port Canaveral. Perfect, seamless experience with Ruthie our driver. New, clean vehicle. Picked us up on time and loaded suitcases for 11. Had 2 clean car seats for the toddlers. Trip from the port was uneventful. Was talking with a couple at the airport who took an Uber and they came close to paying for 2 what our trip for 11 cost. If asked to describe the experience in one word, then it would be “easy”. Would definitely use again and again.
