Thank you for opening this course for everybody, I really appreciate that. I work in an elementary school administration and some parents of our children are very influential persons. Communication with them is not easy. I appreciate every single insight to the human soul (and brain), which allows me to connect their expectations with our reality. I just completed the NCI 1 and exam. I really enjoyed it. I was unable to book my call, there was no availability at all. Even a year down the road. Also I would like some guidance on what to do next. There seems to be a lot of content but very unclear what I should be doing next. Also I think there are skill building call I can join? But I don’t know where or how to join them. I don’t get any notifications about that. Thanks

As a retired educator, I found the online learning videos short and succinct. I realise this helps learners with shorter attention spans, but I would have welcomed longer videos, say up to 15 minutes. The audio was different in various videos. Louder, softer, slower and faster. I noticed up to three written mistakes - typos, grammar etc. The quizzes were well designed in testing retention of information and identifying behaviour in the videos gives students some immediate autonomy. I feel students would have enjoyed this, as I did. However, only having multiple choice questions in the exam, in my opinion, is testing students’ understanding in a somewhat limited fashion. I would have included a video or two of a person being interviewed and provide multiple choice questions about needs, decisions and values. This could be expanded by having questions with a space where students write 1-3 sentences explaining why they chose that answer. This would require a human to check answers which doesn’t fit with an automated, digital system, however you would be losing valuable feedback on how well students are learning from the course methodology.

I like how a few of the questions had a word from one definition of a NEED sprinkled into the definition of another need. The one that got me was the word “ignored “ it’s in both definitions for Significance and Pity. I latched onto that and disregarded the rest of the definition for Pity. For Needs profiling scenario I chose Acceptance but had thought Intelligence initially. I let myself get distracted by all the other descriptive language and should have tempered my response by just being brilliant at the basics. The simplest answer is usually the correct one. I enjoyed the challenge.

WOW!!!. This had been such a eye opening training. NO BS, NO guru or NO " follow these 7 steps and I'll get you to...." rubbish. If you I had one bit of advice to start you on your journey of learning, understanding behavioural work/profiling. This is the course for you. Instant application to real life situations ( actually every conversation you ever be involved in from this moment on, fact). Serious grounding If you think you knew, you don't, but Now you do.(well the start of it anyway) You soon realise that you didn't know half of what you thought you knew, and not as half as much you going to know and the truth of it is there is a whole load more to learn. literally mind blowing!!!!! Best course I've been on, If you don't believe me try It!
