EJ’s appliance repair was wonderful! My dishwasher needed repair. I scheduled a same day zoom call. It was SO EASY! They sent the link via email, and EJ was able to see the issue with my dishwasher and order the parts I need. The entire call was less than 30 min. This saved me time and money. Pros and cons were discussed as to whether the repairs needed were the best option financially speaking with the help of EJ. His explanation was a practical way of looking at the cost of repair compared to replacing the machines and helped me decide to move forward with the repairs. I scheduled the appointment for the repairs and the technician showed up on time and explained the repairs being performed and fixed everything in a timely manner. Can't say enough great things about EJs Appliance repair. Called yesterday in a pinch cause my washer completely died on me. Did an over the phone assessment to determine we needed an in person service call. Scheduled it between 2 and 5 the next day and he was here by 3pm after his other calls for the day. He was able to run a few tests, determine a faulty wire and fixed it to where the washer works now. From first contact to completed service call was less than 24 hours time. He was able to squeeze me in and I can't thank him enough. He saved me a couple grand because I was about to buy a whole new set. Now he's looking for knobs for my 40 year old range that's hard to replace. Overall, 5 stars and a lot of money saved.

A young man came to fix my stove. Praise the Lord that it was only the element of the oven out. He was so sweet and helpfulHe even helped me wash the floor under the stove and the sides of the stove, before pushing it back in. Great service.

Showed me what was causing the issue and explained it.He also looked at the Dyer, and told me exactly what to do, to help with the problem.
