When we noticed wind noise around our sunroof, they came back and installed additional weatherstripping. When a gutter became clogged, they returned to clear it. In both cases, they took care of the issue promptly and at no additional charge.It’s rare to find contractors who remain committed to customer service after they’ve been paid, but Nick and his team genuinely go above and beyond. We recently hired Apollo to completely replace our entire roof with a 3 layer modified bitumen system. His dedication to problem-solving, combined with his patience and compassion, made a world of difference. Andrew stuck with the project from start to finish, always providing prompt responses and being incredibly genuine. What I appreciated most was how well he listens to feedback; he seamlessly pivoted his communication approach to bridge the gap between the roofers and us as homeowners, truly building trust along the way.We did hit a minor hiccup with inspection scheduling that caused some delays and issues, but management stepped up right away. Apollo Roofers did a great job installing our CertainTeed Solaris roof. The workmanship is solid, and we have had no leaks at all since the installation. Israel really helped us from start to finish and supported us throughout the process. Overall, very satisfied with the final result and the quality of the work.

Guy Israel provided us with a quality experience and really explained everything we needed to understand about replacing our roof. He didn't try to oversell and was very transparent on anything he was discussing. His quote provided a great value in both the product and warranty. We ultimately decided to go with a company that provided both solar and roofing services in one, but if we did not decide to bundle them, we would have gone with Apollo as they provided the best with regard to the roofing. And even with us deciding on another company, Guy offered and provided us with an honest review of the other company's quote, so we were able to fully understand the pros and cons.
