1st off, understand me. If its over a $500 purchase, its spreadsheet time. I like details, specs and comparison because I'm in sales, and I understand marketing.Signature was the lowest cost of 5 contractors, all of which had 250+ reviews on Google above 4.7 stars here in the valley. There was no BS on their quote, used quality material (GAF systems) and were very responsive. I chose them because my salesman, Irving was also the PM (seller/ manager), they self performed the work (in house labor) so there couldn't be finger pointing at subs or double markup with subs, and he never one threw shade on the competitors. Simply said... here's who we are, what we do and a good price. 3 days later, roof is done, coordinated hand off with gutter team they recommended, and we have a great looking roof at a fair price. Will update with gutters installed tomorrow.

Thank you Signature Roofing specifically, Jonathan. The recent storm made us aware that we had 6 defective pipe flashings on the roof of our 2018 house. Signature Roofing quickly identified the issue and gave the most reasonable quote along with a one year warranty. We identified the issue Saturday. Johnathan from Signature Roofing came out did an inspection, and submitted a quote. Upon approval, he replaced all defective parts and did the necessary patching of holes in the roof caused by a replacement dish, as well as sealed/covered exposed nails by Tuesday. THAT’S A THREE DAY TURNAROUND TIME. Jonathan also provided. before and after pics of “the project”. He also showed us all defective parts and made sure the work area was clean before he left. I appreciate the peace of mind. It may rain in the next few days but it “won’t rain on my parade”!

Ricky and Jose were in charge of this crew for our current house. Ricky has been in charge of two other jobs for us and they’ve done excellent work. Their prices are very fair and the quality work is excellent.

We had our roof replaced 3 months ago and we could not be more impressed with Signature. Ricky was awesome to work with through the whole process. He set us up with a 50 year roof, which was surprisingly reasonable, helped us pick the color, which turned out great, and and made the project stress free. I had no idea how much a high quality roof can add to the appearance of a home! We've had several compliments on how it turned out. Also a shout out to the crew who were super easy to work with. We have dogs so having them cooped up inside all day wouldn't be ideal. The construction crew would do a sweep of my back yard before they went on lunch break, and again at the end of each day so my pups could have run of the yard without fear of picking up debris. An all around great operation. I could not recommend Signature enough!
