Completed my inspections. Very helpful. Overheard other customer interactions, saw the same care & communication with everyone. Will be back.

I have been using Rick here at Bates Street Tire since I've been able to drive. He is a straight shooter and always gets the job done right; which is hard to fine in the auto repair business. You should definitely give them a shot, I promise you won't regret it!

I am a mechanic myself, recently disabled and new to this neighborhood. I received a recommendation from a friend. While I have used Bates only once, being a Volvo owner, I have always done my own work and I know many mechanics that don't like learning about or adapting to the peculiarities of these cars. Bates was up to the task and didn't even flinch! I was pleased with the quality of work and quick completion. Once I have healed enough to get back to caring for my own cars I will be happy to recommend Bates for anyone looking for a mechanic who is dependable and honest.

My whole family uses Rick and he is absolutely fabulous!! He is always very honest and we never have to worry if he is just telling us more then what is truly needed to be done on our vehicles. We absolutely refuse to take our vehicles anywhere else.

These guys are Great! If they can't do the job they won't take it. I've been impressed with their incredible value and honesty?

We've taken our ancient jalapies to Bates Street Tire and Automotive for years. They always do great work at a decent price.

Rick and his team have assisted us ever since we moved to the neighborhood. Timely service at the price quoted. Good at finding what's wrong (not just guessing like alot of other shop do!). We are real fans of Bates Street Tire and Automotive.

I've been going to Bates Street Tire and Automotive for several years now and the guys there are AWESOME!! They are very professional and I feel comfortable that they truly are looking out for my best interest. I would highly recommend you give them a try if you don't have your own "regular" mechanic. You need someone you can turn to that knows you and your car at all times!!
