We hired Diamond Star Painting to paint the exterior of our home, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. From the start, they were professional, communicative, detail oriented and extremely thorough and skillful in their work. The crew, headed up by Tab and their lead painter Alex, and painters Alejandro and Juan, did a fantastic job over the 3 days they worked on our home. They arrived on time and ready to go each morning and worked hard the whole day and into the late afternoon. They cleaned up everything each day and were all very courteous to our family. We greatly appreciated the time and efforts they took to make our home look so great! We were also very impressed with how all of the painters went above and beyond to be helpful the entire time. They helped with things around our property, like moving several heavy objects back into place in our backyard and on our patio that were moved during the painting process. They even went the extra mile and helped us to lift and add very heavy bags of salt to our outdoor water softener. So impressed by their thoughtfulness! When they finished up on the last day, Alex took the time to walk around the entirety of the house with us and make sure we were satisfied with every aspect of the job and to ensure that there was nothing else we needed. Another successful project accomplished! Used Diamond Star multiple times over several years most recently at just moved into Sun City Rocklin home. Tom and team helped with exterior work following HVAC system and garage door replacements. Exterior walls and both garage doors perfectly matched. Inside, they helped on a large guest room job including ceiling. This is an honest review of Diamond Star Painting. We recently had our home painted. The house is only 6 years old, but the paint failed, especially the trim paint. I have been looking at reviews on Google for several months. We decided on Diamond Star. We could not have made a better choice. Mathew came and assessed the home. He gave us a quote two days later. I expected the quote to be higher especially given the quality of paint they use. They pressure washed the home on day 1. On day 2 they had a crew of 5 men here working on my home. They were incredibly organized. They had two persons prepping the home, two persons painting the body and another person painting the trim. The attention to detail was impressive. The project manager stopped by 3 times during the day to make sure all is going well. At the end of the day the manager came to walk the home with me to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. There were a few things that needed attention. They took care of those items immediately. The clean-up was fast and efficient. We are very-very happy with the results. The quality of paint and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations.

I cannot say enough about this company. Our entire house needed painting and we got multiple estimates. Diamond Star came in a with a very competitive offer. From the second they came out to do that estimate I was nothing but impressed with their customer service. Even the owner was involved. You will not meet a friendlier bunch of people. It is clear this is a family owned business and the employees are family too. AND, they're all happy to be where they're at.But, hey, what about the results? AMAZING. The workmanship, attention to detail, professionalism, and just overall courteousness was top notch. Were a few mistakes made? Of course. It's paint. But when I pointed things out they'd already noticed and were getting ready to fix it. Multiple people did quality control checks daily. And, while they were painting (it was a three day job) they cleaned up nightly. They left their supplies but they were all stacked and moved out of the way.The crew was so friendly that we know all their names. Jason, crew lead, couldn't have a bigger heart. His enthusiasm is crazy. He connected with our son and made sure to chat with him every day when he got home from school. You want Tanya painting your doors. She's got a knack for a smooth finish. Make sure you chat with Alex. He's got an incredible sense of humor and will joke around even while he's killing it on the detail work. Jose doesn't speak english but man his smile is contagious! Oh, his painting is top notch too. And, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Tabitha....she manages every single painting crew at Diamond Springs and still came by our house daily to check in with the crew, us and just make sure everything was running smoothly.If you consider painters a contractor, this company far surpasses any other contractor we've ever worked with. We would absolutely recommend them and we will definitely use them for any future paint work. In fact, we already have them scheduled to return to paint our pool fence.

Our garage and front doors needed a refresh, so we reached out to Diamond Star after seeing a beautiful, whole-house, job they did for a neighbor. Tom came out and gave us an incredible bid that included not just the doors, but the gutters and porch railing as well. He really went out of his way to make sure the color match was perfect too. Tom is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He takes great pride in what he does, and cares deeply for his costumers, ensuring complete satisfaction. His employees are awesome too. Tanya did our job, and what a talent she is. She had to sand and fill areas of our front door, and it turned out amazing. Her attention to detail is impressive and really shows in her work. Full exterior paint. Getting quotes was rough. Jerame was awesome and got me to go with this awesome company. The owner Tom was friendly, knowledgeable, and readily available. Most importantly, Tania and Senior are true professional painters. They were detail oriented did an amazing job. Also, they pressure washed and repaired the stucco before painting which just goes to show they want the job done right.

I had my full interior home re-painted and they did an amazing Job! But most of all i loved working with there staff, Jeremy their Sales Rep was Awesome right off the Bat, he worked around our budget and was very Transparent on pricing and super Helpful. Obtained a bid to repaint the interior upstairs walls and exterior upstairs of my 15 year old home; children wear on paint! The estimator didn't rush and asked lots of questions about my expectations and the scope of the project.Following my acceptance of the bid, I received a electronic signed copy and a call from their office for scheduling. A neighbor was having work done also, so they started about one week after the contract was signed. During that week, a representative, Theresa, came out to review the site and my color choices (they offer paint matching, but I didn't require it; I had codes from the builder) and review of the contract. She also confirmed that I understood For my bid, I am moving furniture, wall-hangings (though not fixtures), plants, etc.The crew came out and painted my home over the course of 3 days; excellent work was done to protect landscaping, tape edges, and protect property. No spills or messes on site during the work. The crew showed up consistently at or before 730 and typically finished by around 330. They just finished work on the exterior and had me look over the job (fresh eyes). Everything looks very nice. Extra paint was left behind for me to use for touch up. I should add that the contract includes a 10 year guarantee on the work performed.I just made a partial payment on the job and expect great things when the crew returns in a month to finish the interior portion of the job. I will add pictures shortly and update my review when when they finish with the inside. Thank you Tom (owner) and the whole paint crew!

From start to finish - we thoroughly enjoyed working with Diamond Star. Every person we spoke to and worked with was very personable, polite and friendly, which is HUGE for us in choosing a company. Tab (Ops Mgr) was our main point of contact - and she would be onsite every day checking to make sure things were running smoothly - and she is a ROCK STAR. Tom (owner) came by before the job started and when the job was finished, just to make sure we were happy with the results. Dee (office) was wonderful in being accommodating with our schedule issues. Extremely pleased with Tom and his crew. I usually don’t write reviews but in this case I had to. Customer service was off the charts with them, throughout the process of painting my, imo, difficult two story home, they made sure we were happy and asked us to point out anything of concern and they would address it. Close to finishing the job we did a walkthrough to again address any concerns, which there weren’t any. They only use the best paint ( Sherman Williams super paint) and they are not stingy with it either. Our house looks beautiful again and more importantly the cracks in the stucco are sealed. You will not regret hiring Diamond Star Painting, Tom will make sure of it. We look forward to hiring them for future painting projects.

I contacted Diamond Star as I was a repeat customer. The first house they painted for me in Folsom was done with excellent quality and their attention to detail was 2nd to none. It is no surprise that I got the same result the second time for my house in El Dorado Hills. Cody and Jared were outstanding.
