Marco and Marco Jr were absolutely greats I had to have my entire roof replaced and they had it done in 2 1/2 days. It’s a 3500 sf home with two story height and a garage with apartment above, also tall. They worked well with my insurance company. Their crew was great. Marco was especially helpful in addressing some spots that needed more attention and accepted only perfection from his crew. Marco and his son were friendly, efficient and accommodating to my needs and schedule and paid close attention to detail. I definitely recommend!

Marco Najera was through and communicative, warm and friendly. But to me, the most important aspect is quality, especially when I'm paying $$$ for a big job. I watched the whole team closely at random times, often they were unaware of it! - and they always did the job to code, not cutting any corners. For example, some roofers will use less nails to save money; here, every shingle was fastened with 6+ nails, to code. The underlayment (the part you can't see after installation!) was Mountain Bigfoot, made for freezing temps, not cheap Home Depot roofing felt. It was secured with orange-cap nails which are ideal for for sheathing but more expensive than plain ones. When the stuff underneath is done right- what you can't see when the job is done and most people don't take notes while it's being done like I do- that tells me they care about quality. The city inspector, yes! I talked to him personally! also confirmed this company has done good work in his experience. I researched the brand of materials they used, Malarkey, and it is a US based company known for being good in harsh weather conditions, especially high wind... sound like Montana? The shingles help the environment by using recycled material and smog-reducing granules that keep the air cleaner. Finally, Malarkey warranties their products, and by extension, the installation. I would use Sure Roof again. They did it quickly, used high-quality materials, and most importantly, they did it right. The new roof looks very good.
