From my initial call to “Mr ImproveIt” to the final walk through was nothing but positive. Mike came out for an initial quote and spent almost an hour with my wife and I sharing thoughts and ideas. He also assisted with color suggestions and stamping designs. But, when his crew showed up the transformation was amazing. The team was so detailed and neat with all of their tasks. They were open to discussions and asked our opinion several times before making any changes. Our driveway and yard looked untouched, considering the machinery and foot traffic need to complete the job. In and out in a day and a half! Fantastic experience and we couldn’t be happier with the finished project. The perfect patio for a hot tub arriving any day now.

The floor did get pushed a few days due to rain and we were willing to oblige. The crew arrived prepared and completed it in one day. Initially, he stood out because he listened to what we were planning, and was able to reiterate the whole story to the team lead that came in the following day. That was an enthusiasm that was very much appreciated. His team was efficient, and exceedingly hard-working. He was able to bring in Plumber support that was outstanding. The final product is absolutely exceptional. They started, and finished within schedule, and constantly told me if they were going to be coming in the next day. This helped me plan things. Mike Salazar with Mr. Improveit Remodeling LLC, was professional and his crew (Alex was the lead) did a top notch job. After getting estimates for a small shower tear out/rebuild, Mike saved me hundreds of dollars. Give Mike a shout before you call the big box guys like (Lowes) Re-Bath, Home Depot, 4-Seasons, etc., etc., I am a hard sell and a perfectionist and I do not leave Google reviews very often, but when I do I like to recognize businesses that are legit, honest and do not give you that "sign today" for the best deal talk,,,that is a huge turnoff to me and Mike is upfront and he does not play games. Give Mike Salazar a chance to earn your business,,,,,,,I we will rehire him for any future needs.

We have contracted with Mr. ImproveIt for two separate bathroom projects and were very pleased with the experience and outcome of both! The owner Mike is very nice person and he’s very quick response but unfortunately, the way that he handled work is very unprofessional. A project that was promised that was going to take 10 days or less. Ended up taking five weeks with only one person working. Before we start the project I talk to Mike about the timeline and I explain to him that if it’s going to take more than 10 days I would just hold it off until another time because I have kids at home and school is about to start. When I first met the owner Mike, he was telling me that all the good things about his company and his workers to my surprise I was surprised with only one worker that comes for a couple hours and leave and sometimes the worker does not show up at all.
