This place is amazing! I had no idea going to the gym could actually be fun! I'm a beginner and everyone has been super helpful giving me tips and encouragement. The coaches are fantastic and give individual feedback. I'm already showing progress! There's an area to socialize and stretch, showers, a cold plunge, and lots of equipment. All levels are welcome and will feel the burn! 🔥

I travel a lot and visit family in Yukon often, so I am always thrilled to find a new home-gym-away-from-home. CFHB instantly became one of those places from the moment I reached out. I initially followed Coach Rufo (the best!) from another gym, and I’m so glad I did. All of the coaches I’ve worked with genuinely care about their members’ form and performance.
