This is my second year using Kim to help me find an apartment and once again truly so amazing. She’s so kind and helpful, and finds apartments/tours so quickly. I needed her last minute and she helped me find my dream apartment. If I could give 6 stars I would !!!

I had a great experience working with Kim! I was out of state and had a prior eviction on my record (which was paid off), so I was worried I wouldn’t be approved and would have to settle for a “second-chance” apartment. I had already gone through three other locator companies, and they all gave me the runaround and made empty promises. None of them actually took the time to call and speak with properties to find out whether I would be accepted.Kim was different. She took the time to contact property managers on my behalf, verify my chances of approval, and find apartments that met my needs. She handled everything via text, was very straightforward, and provided me with a list of options in no time. She was incredibly responsive, professional, caring, and understanding throughout the entire process. I ended up choosing a quiet, beautiful community in McKinney, and I recently moved in and absolutely love it here!I’m so grateful for Kim and her services. If you’re looking for an apartment locator who genuinely cares, follows through, and gets things done, I can’t recommend her enough!

Kim A. - is fantastic. She listened to my needs and requirements which were a little bit specific and hard to find and she just nailed it. She didn’t waste my time by putting me on a list and making me go to 50 different websites. She zeroed in on exactly what I needed. I really didn’t think I was going to find something that fit all the things I was looking for. I not only Found what I was looking for, for the price I was looking for - but got even more. Thank you, Kim for your amazing service

Really good apartment locator. Been looking for a long time and Kim was the only locator that had a particular apartment on her list. She was very honest with me about my options and different routes I could take… even with Bad/Low credit, I was still able to get approved and moved in ! I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you so much !

I was in a very difficult situation due to going through a bankruptcy. Despite this, Kim truly listened to me and never minimized my desire for a nice, new apartment in a good neighborhood. Other apartment locators tried to push me toward rougher areas—one even sent me to a place where people were out front shooting dice. I didn’t even stop; I just kept driving.Kim, on the other hand, found a brand-new property that was willing to work with my bankruptcy. I only had to pay $79 to move in and received two months free. There was no extra deposit required—nothing.Kim is amazing: personable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Thank you, Kim, for all your support. May God continue to bless your business.

Kim Shufelt has been a great help. We needed a place asap. I’ve worked with AOK movers 3xs before. The only thing that has changed is me selecting the moving company. Other than that the communication and management of my time was clear. We were able to have a successful move with Kim’s help. I will use this service again if I’m not moving into a house.
