Let me start off by saying Kim did an amazing job. She got me approved for an amazing apartment A newly built apartment complex I enjoyed working with her on this apartment. I love everything about it. It has everything that I need Gym pool yoga room golf room Lord knows I love golf so I felt right at home. The staff was very friendly. Everything about this property made me say yes I did the $85 application fee then I turned around and did the 250 admin fee. Was great it took only two days for them to come back to me with an offer i got accepted after I had looked so many places and applied so many places that turn me down.i was at the right place at the right time thank you so much right before the holidays. What a way to bring in the new year. Kim will get the job done. Tell her your situation and she will help for sure. Ask for Kim she is awesome.
