Our backyard needed lots of work. The drainage was poor during heavy rains, which often caused our sump pump to work overtime. Also, there was no character to our outdoor space, which kept us inside the house because we had no place to go outside. SES Landscape fixed both problems with hardscape and landscape ideas. They built a series of retention walls and dry creek beds that moved water away from the house and down to the street where it should be. They also gave us an outdoor patio paradise to spend our evenings under the stars and around a campfire. Thanks to Selvin and his crew for making our backyard into an outdoor living space!

Selvin and his team do great work at a very competitive price. I have used SES for years on projects at our home, ranging from a retaining wall, landscaping, and drainage solutions. I also served on the board of a 750 home HOA. SES earned the neighborhood’s business 3 or 4 years ago, and they have done an amazing job there as well. They are very good at what they do, but, as importantly, Selvin is a consistently excellent communicator and problem solver. I have referred him to friends and family, including building a wooden fence for my parents and solving a large drainage issue for my brother that had frustrated him for years. He came out to our home 3 times to listen and talk about the scope of the project before we even committed to his company. Selvin and team were great to work with. We had multiple issues with drainage at our home impacting our driveway and retaining walls. Selvin contacted us back immediately on inquiry and showed up on time every day. Their pricing was the most reasonable out of the many quotes we received for this scope of work. They walked through the project multiple times before we started to document what we wanted. Communication and desire to do a good job was much appreciated. We are so grateful. As one can see we had many issues with the creek at our homeowner's park. The home owners had a special meeting and a committee was formed to investigate what could be done with the erosion issues with the creek. Bids were taken and another contractor was selected to due the work. There were problems with the wording of the contract and it was decided that new bids for the work were to be taken. SES Landscaping was the final selection. Before we made our final decision, we checked out SES and found there were no bad comments or reviews written about SES Landscaping. I questioned Selvin on this and he said it is because he prides himself on fixing any issues with the project so there are no problems with the project in the end. This really impressed me and the committee. Selvin was very easy to work with and very accessible throughout the project. His team of worker came and started work on time and worked all day, everyday until the entire project was completed. They finished the project early. Selvin met with us at the park to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. This level of customer service is unheard of these days. I was very pleased with not only the work that was done, but the level of communication throughout the project, before, during, and after the project was complete. Please take a moment and look at the before and after pics. I would recommend SES Landscaping for any type of landscaping projects. The level of "pay attention to detail" and "customer service" can not be beat! We should not have to do any modifications to the creek for many many years to come!
