Follow up: After I posted the initial review, someone contacted me immediately and scheduled the work. We're very happy with the new roof. Definitely room for improvement with communication but no complaints with the work they performed for us.I don't know what's going on with this company. We were working with Rachel and she was great. We signed a contract and put down a 50% deposit 3 months ago and now total silence. I'm getting automated text and phone responses when I try to contact them and NO ONE will call me back. It would appear I got scammed out of a significant amount of money. Im so angry and frustrated.
