My overall experience was good at first, but unfortunately things have changed. I purchased my car on June 12, and before even reaching my first 30 days of ownership, it won’t start.This has been a huge inconvenience because I depend on my car to get to work and handle my daily responsibilities. It’s been very stressful, and now I’m facing the possibility of paying for towing, diagnostic testing, labor, and repairs on a vehicle I just purchased.I understand that issues can happen with any vehicle, but having such a major problem this soon after buying it is very disappointing. I hope the dealership will stand behind the vehicle and work with me to help resolve this situation.
