The appointment was on Tuesday at 4 pm but no one showed up. I called at 4:45 pm and spoke with Logan. He said he would check to see why no one showed up. He apologized, which I appreciate. I was expecting a call back to reschedule. But, here it is Thursday morning and I've not heard back from anyone. It's pretty disappointing after reading such good reviews.
I'm a pretty reasonable person. Both my parents were self employed and I know somedays don't go as expected. But, communicating with a potential client is important.
I've already called another licensed company, they showed up on time, gave me an estimate and I've hired them instead.

The tree to be removed was on our property line with some overhanging our neighbor’s property. Paradise removed the tree without any disturbance to our neighbor or their property.
Despite the large amount of work performed, Paradise was able to finish in one day and did an immaculate job of cleaning up when they were finished. We highly recommend Paradise for your tree needs.

Logan came out to quote and confirmed the type of trees. He was right on the information and when I did the research it confirmed I needed these trees removed or have future problems and damage to the home. The crew came out and removed the trees. Can’t tell if there was ever any thing planted there. Paradise Tree Service has a great professional team and we would recommend them.
