There were some driveway lights that were accidently run over, but Logan made it right and deducted the cost of an entire package of new lights from our invoice. We had a beautiful olive tree along our property frontage in Solvang that was struggling & started to see several branches wither & turn brown. Although this was a very small work for arborist or tree service firms, Paradise Tree service guys came out right away & provided initial recommendations to turn few of the drip irrigation to it off to start. It took some back & forth to have them come back out later to trim the tree of withered branches to see how it reacts. Initially, we did not see much improvement, but over time the reduction of irrigation & proper trimming of the tree has stabilized the tree. Now we still have three beautiful matching olive trees along our front yard & do not have to consider planting a new tree. We are looking to have Paradise Tree guys come back out to do additional work on our property. I also appreciate the new customer discount they have along with cash payment option that further reduces final payment. Less

They were very polite, showed up when they said they would. While trimming our tree they watched the shaping and made deliberate cuts, while discussing it among themselves. The two who climbed the tree used all the proper safety equipment; they did not take any shortcuts. They are licensed. I read all the great reviews about Paradise Tree Service so I called them. An appointment was set up to give me an estimate for trimming my tree. The appointment was on Tuesday at 4 pm but no one showed up. I called at 4:45 pm and spoke with Logan. He said he would check to see why no one showed up. He apologized, which I appreciate. I was expecting a call back to reschedule. But, here it is Thursday morning and I've not heard back from anyone. It's pretty disappointing after reading such good reviews. I'm a pretty reasonable person. Both my parents were self employed and I know somedays don't go as expected. But, communicating with a potential client is important.
