Andy and the team have been absolutely fantastic throughout the various renovations and work I've had done on my property. I bought a house from the worst DIYers ever and have had to get a ton of remedial and additional works done just to make it a safe living space for me and my children. Andy put me at ease from the get go and kept in regular contact to update me with progress and plans etc. The whole team have been so professional and kind throughout it all and have made it feel like such a personal service. They've really shown that they care about me as a customer. They worked weekends and around other jobs to fit me in when I uncovered several problems during the works. They prioritised making my home safe, functional and comfortable as soon as they could. The standard of work is fantastic, I'm really impressed by the skillset and workmanship they've put into everything. They have been so accommodating and helpful and I've felt truly supported by them during what had become a really trying time. I love my home now and I can't thank Andy and the team enough for all that they have done for me and my little family. My kids adore all the guys, especially Danny, Adam and Lawson. Everyone has been so friendly and thoughtful towards my kids and really made an effort to make the works as un-intrusive as possible. I will always recommend these guys and will always turn to them for any future projects knowing that I can trust them and that my home is in good hands. I am so impressed with this company. They are honest, genuine, trustworthy, extremely skilled and thorough. They have also been very fair with costs and done all that they could to save me money where possible. I was even able to go on holiday for a week and leave them working in my home knowing that I could rely on them and trust them to do a great job without any worry whatsoever. They have transformed my home completely and worked wonders to overcome issues as they arose, adapting and rising to meet challenges whilst advising and reassuring me along the way. I'm about to have further works carried out with them now too as I've uncovered yet more problems with my new house. It's such a relief to know that I'm in safe hands and that I already feel confident with what the standard of work will be. It makes all of the upheaval of having stuff done so much less stressful. The kids are already looking forward to seeing the guys again too! They are absolute legends! Thank you so much guys. Andy and his team transformed the downstairs of my home - took the wall down between kitchen and dining room, installed new kitchen, windows, doors, full electrical rewire, converted garage to a fully insulated bedroom with Velux window & remodelled the utility room and small bedroom. Reliable, knowledgeable & nice lads. Really pleased with the finish and all completed to Building Regs.

Highly recommend Home Extensions Specialists! Andy and his team have been a dream. Fantastic, great reliable people. I felt completely at ease leaving them alone in my house whilst I was out. They were very clean and respectful. Very happy with their care and attention but most of all being very personable. Just don’t skimp on tea & biscuits because it does help get the job done! ;)

Leaving a mid-project review for our single story rear extension. We can’t recommend Andy and the team enough, from the start of the project up to the mid point so far he’s been actively communicating what’s happening and next steps, is more than understanding to our regular changes of mind, the team are tidy and polite and very hard working. The standard of work has been exceptional. We can’t wait for it to be finished and are very glad we put our trust into Andy having had some poor experiences with other home improvements.

Structural alterations were carried out at our property by Andy and his team,From the very first phone call when contacting Andy up until completion everything was explained to us , even sorted our structural calculations and building regs which made things so much easier and less stressful.l can honestly say they were amazing and would definitely recommend Home Extension Specialists for any of your future projects.

I am in the process of purchasing a property and received the survey report. There were issues on the report that we felt we may need to call a builder out to inspect.We contacted Andy, who rather than charging a call out fee asked for pictures before then calling us. He gave his time to discuss the issues we had and told us our current options and also ball park figures for the work that may need to be done in the future. We could easily have been charged for the information given or even been fleeced into unnecessary inspection costs.So whilst we haven't had any work done by Andy as of yet, I can vouch that he is honest and knowledgeable. We will definitely feel comfortable using him to complete any work we need in the future.

Andy and his team at Home Extension Specialists have more than met my expectations. Andy has put together an excellent and knowledgeable team who clearly take great pride in their work. Always prepared to offer constructive advice and go above and beyond in order to get the best result. Andy’s communications we’re brilliant. I received a long detailed text each weekend clearly setting out the plans for the coming week. These included advice on when I might want to work from my office due to noise and, conversely, when it would okay to work from home. When plans changed, such as bad weather, Andy was quick to let me know. At the outset Andy provided a realistic quote with all details clearly outlined. The build was delivered to a very high standard and on budget. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Home Extension Specialists and will be using Andy and his team for any future projects.

Just want to give Andy a big thank you. I spotted he was working on a house around the corner and asked if he had any space going on one of his grab hire collections could he take some ground waste away for me too? He was only too happy to help. Saved me some money sharing a collection and he even helped out arriving with a shovel which I wasn’t expecting! I’m looking forward to seeing the extension finished at our neighbours house and got a card off him for when we are ready to make any alterations 👍
