I've been trying to find a regular barber since I've moved to Chicago about 3 years and Eric hooked it up! He helped explain the haircut process before we started and was thorough with the cut. He's very passionate about what he does and does it very well. I definitely will be back in a few weeks for another cut!

My wife and I were looking for a new place to get a hair cut for our 12 year old son. We saw good reviews for Refined, and decided to give it a chance.We've been here like 4 times with Juan the barber. He is really friendly, nice, always ready and on time for our appointments with us. When we first went there, he was kind enough to take the time to explain to my wife and I what the different hairstyles were called, and what they looked like. He was also very patient with my preteen son who didn't know what he wanted to do with his hair. Juan gave him different options, and recommended what he thought would work for my son. We have been very happy with all his haircutsIn general, the place has a nice vibe, is clean, everyone seems kind and professional. This is our new go to for my son's haircuts.

Really professional barber shop, I really enjoy the vibe at this shop. I went to the shop looking for a change and Marco was able to give me recommendations and ended up with a very clean cut, would definitely recommend giving this shop a chance!
