Decided to treat myself and go for the full monty given the special offer that was on. Apparently infra-red is good for the skin, so I added that little extra too. Being is immaculate and very attentive to detail. Each of the treatments is in its own room, with all the necessaries provided, and a little central space to sit and hydrate peacefully between treatments. I tried the sauna first, with the infrared, and wondered at first if it was hot enough - it was. Loved the fact you could connect to audio and play your own music, and select which colour ambient light you prefer, though in the end I just enjoyed the quiet in minimal light. The showers are great. Next, the float in full saturation salt. I chose to float in the dark but there are two levels of light available. I was grateful to occasionally feel the edges with my fingers and toes or I might have floated out into space entirely. I was convinced by the time I was sitting and rehydrating that I couldn't be more relaxed. However, Rekha, my massage therapist, had a different perspective - lots of muscle tension. The fully body massage, under snugs, was beautifully relaxing - head and shoulders were my favourite. After so many glasses of lemon water, I finished with a very good ginger and tumeric tea. I'm looking forward to going back.
