Fast, fair, and no judgment – Rene is the best!My windshield is like a magnet for rocks (and apparently every stray pebble on the highway). By the time I made it to Castle Glass, I had a constellation of cracks that I was honestly embarrassed about. Rene (the owner) didn't bat an eye – no judgment, no lectures, just pure professionalism and kindness.He had me in and out in under an hour. Under an hour! He was super attentive, made sure everything was perfect, and never once made me feel like just another ticket on his clipboard. Shopping local usually means better service, but Castle Glass makes you feel like family. If your glass has seen better days, do yourself a favor and hit up Rene. He'll get you suited up and back on the road fast.

I was tempted to go with a big name company given all the camera/sensors embedded in the windshield of my Genesis, but I am so glad I went with Castle. The price was hundreds less, all driver assist features worked flawlessly on the drive home and I was able to drop off / pick up my car at my convenience. I rarely write reviews but this experience deserved it.

The whole experience was excellent. I called about eight different places before coming across Castle Glass, and I’m glad I did. Their prices were very reasonable, the technician they sent out was friendly and professional, and they even came to my workplace to complete the job, which made things incredibly convenient.What really stood out was their honesty. I have a 2017 Ford Explorer, and every other company I spoke with told me certain parts needed to be replaced. After doing some research, I learned they could actually be salvaged. The Castle Glass technician confirmed this and was able to save them, instead of pushing unnecessary replacements.It’s rare to find a company that’s both honest and focused on giving you exactly what you need. 10/10 experience—I’ll definitely be using them again for any future windshield needs

What excellent service! I was able to make an appointnent which was nice. They were ready for me when I arrived, and even though they said it would take 1.5 to 2 hours, I was out in an hour. Also, significantly cheaper than all my other quotes. Very pleased. Will only have glass repaired here from now on. Thanks you guys!
