I'm kind of picky, so I ask a ton of questions sometimes - and Ricardo answered all of them without hesitation.When I showed up, he was waiting outside for me and got started on the truck right away. I expected to be there up to two hours, but he finished the install and calibration of my sensors/cameras in under an hour. I sent him a picture and the model of my vehicle, and he quickly scheduled my appointment.I arrived on time, and they replaced my windshield in about 30 minutes! Rene (the owner) didn't bat an eye – no judgment, no lectures, just pure professionalism and kindness.He had me in and out in under an hour. Under an hour! He was super attentive, made sure everything was perfect, and never once made me feel like just another ticket on his clipboard. Shopping local usually means better service, but Castle Glass makes you feel like family. If your glass has seen better days, do yourself a favor and hit up Rene. I was tempted to go with a big name company given all the camera/sensors embedded in the windshield of my Genesis, but I am so glad I went with Castle. The price was hundreds less, all driver assist features worked flawlessly on the drive home and I was able to drop off / pick up my car at my convenience. I rarely write reviews but this experience deserved it.
