Amazing experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Everything came out just right and in a timely manner. You can tell the team really cares about the quality and the customer experience. Definitely one of my favorite spots, and I’ll be coming back again. Highly recommend!

I went to Isla Caribbean for lunch and was very excited to see a menu full of gluten free options. Yay!!!! The atmosphere is beautiful and comfortable for anytime of the day. I was able to try the Cubano sandwich, yucca fries and beef empanadas. Delicious! It tasted like real food (IFYKYK). I can’t wait to return and try the rest of the gluten free choices. Last, I had the OG of Caribbean drinks- a mojito. I could go there every day just for one of those. Thank you Syracuse for having this restaurant in our city!

Amazing food!! Monique was one of the nicest servers I’ve ever had. She waited on a table of 20 AND was tending bar as well. We had no idea because she never missed a beat. We will be back.

Great food and ambience! Mary was our server and she was super nice and gave us good recommendations! Try the PR lasagna, worth it!
