I had a very positive experience at this clinic. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and made the check in process smooth. Coco was professional and kept everything well organized. The doctor was patient, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing. I felt genuinely cared for.

Dr. Zheng is a highly professional doctor with a wonderful bedside manner, which is the primary reason I continue to visit this clinic for Ten years. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff, Coco Xu, has been deeply disappointing. She is consistently impatient and dismissive of patient concerns. Her tone is overbearing and arrogant, as if she expects patients to tolerate poor service simply because of Dr. Zheng’s reputation. As the face of the clinic, the front desk should be supportive and empathetic—literally putting themselves in the patients' shoes. Unlike a typical business, we are a 'special' group of customers dealing with various health issues that require professional care and sensitivity. The front desk should be a source of comfort, not an additional source of stress during an already difficult time. I hope management addresses this so that unprofessional administration doesn't undermine the excellent medical care provided here. First of all, Regarding your favoritism—I witnessed the third person after me being given a shortcut to ask the doctor questions that could have been handled over the phone. Simply because I questioned why you let people cut the line behind me（someone been send back to urgent care), you retaliated by allowing yet another person to skip ahead. You used your position at the front desk to bypass the rules for some, while intentionally targeting me. You forced me to wait an excessive amount of time just to demonstrate your power, knowing that I had no choice but to visit in person for my health issues. This blatant inconsistency and your unprofessional attitude are unacceptable.

The doctors were professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand.I would also like to give special recognition to Coco, a member of the staff, for her attentive care and swift action during a critical moment. She ensured that my grandmother’s emergency was treated as a top priority, even when it may have caused disruptions for other patients with appointments, highlighting her unwavering dedication to addressing urgent, life-threatening cases first.Overall, their dedication and genuine concern made a stressful situation much more manageable.
