We hired Prime Decks to resurface a 20 plus year old fairly large deck and add a SS cable railing system. His demeanor, attention to detail, availability, and finished product was outstanding, and his work team were polite, skilled, and took care to keep the jobsite clean and safe. We also found that about a third of the deck framing was rotten in the process, and he was able to adjust and fix that on the fly with fair cost and without adding any time to the job. In fact, they started earlier than expected and finished before we were told they would. Highly recommend Alex and Prime Decks!

Prime Deck Builders replaced my existing deck and did an excellent job. The deck came out beautiful, and the craftsmanship is top-notch with great attention to detail throughout the entire build. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to several other local contractors in New Castle County, Delaware. The team was very professional, communicated well, and stuck to the schedule with regards to the delivery of materials, dumpster and overall time frame of the project. Alex and Prime Decks were great and so easy to work with on my deck privacy wall. I used his website to submit an estimate request and was quickly contacted to talk through the specifics and estimate. I was scheduled for install soon after and the work was completed in just a few hours. Upon inspection of the work by Alex later that day, he proactively identified a minor adjustment that was needed and his guys came out first thing the next day to address it. We absolutely loved Alex and his team!We were in need of tearing down a small 10 x 12 wooden dagger and expanding the two separate decks connected 18 x 12 and 22 x 12. Alex and his team were quick to respond for the proposal. They were offering the same top-of-the-line products at other companies offering for competitively priced. We chose Alex and his team to do their professionalism and How they treated us like people and not customers.Once on site, they were with the demolition they no damage to our yard got all the debris out quickly and cleaned thoroughly.The build of the deck was done in less than a week. They chose a new design for the portfolio is gorgeous. We had a handful of small punchlist items such as tightening and boards and leveling out some areas and they came right back out, fixed everything and was happy to do it.Alex is a fantastic person to work with and his team is professional and does a wonderful job.Everything is absolutely beautiful and we can not wait to use it this summer.
