Alex Valdez and his crew do excellent work. Price was competitive and reasonable for Trex product. Work was completed quickly, within 3 days (minus reapproval for permit due to changes in construction). Reapproval only took 3 days. These guys can accommodate changes and preferences in construction. They were careful not to damage surrounding pre-existing Hardie board siding and Azek trim. Would highly recommend Prime decks. Deck looks beautiful and well built.

We hired Prime Decks to resurface a 20 plus year old fairly large deck and add a SS cable railing system. His demeanor, attention to detail, availability, and finished product was outstanding, and his work team were polite, skilled, and took care to keep the jobsite clean and safe. We also found that about a third of the deck framing was rotten in the process, and he was able to adjust and fix that on the fly with fair cost and without adding any time to the job. In fact, they started earlier than expected and finished before we were told they would. Highly recommend Alex and Prime Decks!

We absolutely loved Alex and his team!We were in need of tearing down a small 10 x 12 wooden dagger and expanding the two separate decks connected 18 x 12 and 22 x 12. Alex and his team were quick to respond for the proposal. They were offering the same top-of-the-line products at other companies offering for competitively priced. We chose Alex and his team to do their professionalism and How they treated us like people and not customers.Once on site, they were with the demolition they no damage to our yard got all the debris out quickly and cleaned thoroughly.The build of the deck was done in less than a week. They chose a new design for the portfolio is gorgeous. We had a handful of small punchlist items such as tightening and boards and leveling out some areas and they came right back out, fixed everything and was happy to do it.Alex is a fantastic person to work with and his team is professional and does a wonderful job.Everything is absolutely beautiful and we can not wait to use it this summer.

Alex is young and talented deck builder. I met him via facebook ads and had zero regret dealing with him. He did the whole process from contacting the county to get approval of the deck size to ordering all the parts needed His price is very reasonable complared to other builder I did receive quote from.
