I do not feel that this was a through visit. It still have spider webs, lots of bug issues on the interior and am not satisfied with the external application as the windows show much evidence of spider webs, nests and Beatles.

We had a great experience with Real Pest Solutions when we discovered bats in our attic. From the very beginning, everyone we worked with was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful.We had quite a few questions and concerns throughout the process, particularly regarding the attic insulation and how to address the contamination without unnecessarily removing all of our insulation. They took the time to listen to our concerns, explain our options, and work with us to find a solution that we felt comfortable with.What really stood out to us was how committed they were to making sure the job was done properly. They went above and beyond to address our concerns about dust and contamination, including using HEPA-filtered equipment, turning off the HVAC during the removal, and taking additional steps to contain the work area.When we had some continued bat activity after the initial exclusion, they didn't brush us off. They explained what was happening, offered to personally come back out and inspect the area, and made sure we felt comfortable with the solution.We truly appreciate the care, communication, and professionalism we received from the entire team. They did what it took to resolve our issue and made us feel like they genuinely cared about our home and our family.We would absolutely recommend Real Pest Solutions to anyone dealing with bats or other pest issues.
