I rarely leave reviews, but Jordan and JR Heating Services thoroughly deserve five stars.From the first enquiry through to completion, Jordan was professional, knowledgeable and responsive. He took the time to answer all of my questions, talked me through the different boiler options without any pressure, and even came out beforehand to inspect the installation so there were no surprises on the day.The installation itself was excellent. He arrived when he said he would, worked efficiently, kept everything clean and tidy, and removed the old boiler and all the waste. He explained the new system clearly, registered the 10-year manufacturer warranty, and left me with complete confidence in the installation.It’s refreshing to find a tradesperson who communicates well, takes pride in their work and does exactly what they say they will do. The whole process was straightforward from start to finish.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jordan and JR Heating Services to anyone looking for a new boiler, and they’ll certainly be my first call for any future heating work or servicing.

Jordan is a brilliant guy and his work is outstanding. From my urgent phone call to him he quickly came out the same day as my boiler stopped working so no hot water or heating. Jordan quickly turned this around and ordered the part to come the following day. This was the excellent customer service and communication he delivers. I was obviously distressed and Jordan calmly communicated the fault in a way I fully understood and what he would do to resolve it.
