Jordan is a brilliant guy and his work is outstanding. From my urgent phone call to him he quickly came out the same day as my boiler stopped working so no hot water or heating. Jordan quickly turned this around and ordered the part to come the following day. This was the excellent customer service and communication he delivers. The senior engineer Jordan installed a new boiler for me at my three story semi-detached townhouse on Barry Island this time last year and serviced it recently. This was done efficiently and in a timely, friendly manner to a high degree of satisfaction. Jordan installed a HIVE Smart Thermostat at the same time and was highly proficient in its operation and technical applications. I cannot speak more highly in recommending this company for any heating related work.

Brilliant service. Jordan installs a new Baxi 830 combi boiler for us in 2 days, including all pipeworks. He arrives at around 9am and leave only at 4pm each day, a solid 7 hours work. He fills gaps of the many holes he drills, replace bricks and fills hole where old boiler flue was. Old tanks in loft and airing cupboard taken away. Left no mess when finished and make sure everything works perfectly before he leaves. A supremely courteous guy. Highly recommended.
