I recently used Unique Landscapes and Customs Pools to "refresh" my existing pool by installing new ledger rock around the pool and outdoor kitchen as well as getting the interior surface of the pool and spa chipped out and installed with new Wet Edge surface.My experience from start to finish was outstanding. Recommendations and 3D visual renderings from the sales team helped with seeing what the final product would look like.The Construction Manager was excellent to work with, keeping me up to date on progress and tending to my concerns or requests.I have used Unique Landscapes for 3 different projects over the pas 14 years, with this one being the 4th, and would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking new builds or upgraded work.Been a great process with excellent communication throughout from start to finish.Great job to all involved to make this a pleasurable experience.

We couldn’t be happier with our pool + backyard build from Unique. The process was smooth from start to finish—easy communication, no stress, and no surprise issues. We were new pool owners with tons of questions, and the team was patient and thorough every step of the way.The design was exactly what we hoped for. We brought inspiration photos and they incorporated every feature we asked for, while still making it feel cohesive and high-end. The transformation is honestly wild: this used to be a small dirt lot, and now it feels like a resort—like our porch is just steps away from a Caribbean beach.Thank you to all staff that we worked with: Steve, Julia, Stacy, Scott, Dayton!

We completed our second project with Unique and are so pleased with the results. James was great to work with once the project was underway. He sent regular communication to let us know when anyone would be onsite and clearly explained the few challenges we ran into (which were due to changes from the city, not Unique), as well as figuring out the easiest solutions to keep the project on track. The Unique team brought our vision to life!

We met Steve Marr from Unique for 1st time in June. From the start, he was easy to talk to and really listened to what we wanted. We had some general ideas, but he came back with great suggestions that were way better than what we had in mind so my husband and I decided to give them our contract.One side of our yard was just dirt when we started. They built our pool, handled all the landscaping, including trees, plants, putting green. They also work around with us and saved most of our existing landscape including some of our old pavers.Now that it’s done, we’ve been enjoying our pool. A couple small warranty things came up, and they were quick to respond and now they are taking care of them. Believe me or not they finished our project only in 6weeks as they had promise!!Everyone we worked with was great. Steve, Pam and Julie in the office were all super helpful, and the guys out in the field — Scott and Dayton — were great as well. Our project manager Stacey was SUPER her communication via emails and text messages were great. I’m sure I’m forgetting a few names, but everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional.I would definitely recommend Unique!!
