Dr Nicholson is truly one of a kind. As someone with a pretty complicated TMJD & neck issues, I’ve been through the wringer trying to find good care. It’s pretty magical walking out of there in substantially less pain than when I walked in. They offer so many other amazing services, the staff are all so kind and accommodating!!! OMG, I was suffering with severe neck,shoulder, and some sciatica pain after moving. I got no relief from OTC, patches, creams, or even the heating pad. Dr. Moore was absolutely amazing!! He listened to everything that was giving me trouble and gave me an intense adjustment that got me back to me again after a few days and only 1 visit. He also gave me homework stretches to do at home and work to keep me moving. I was shocked that he didn't tell me I needed to see him more often than weekly, as long as I did the homework. I highly recommend Back Pain Center and Dr. Moore!!!!And when I made this appointment, they were able to get me in same day!

I can’t recommend Dr. Cowser enough. He helped me recover from a back injury and not only get out of pain, but actually strengthen my back so I could ride horses again, completely pain free.From the very first visit, he was incredibly attentive to my symptoms. I truly felt heard and cared for, which made such a difference during recovery. He took the time to understand what I was experiencing and tailored multiple treatments specifically to me. Within a week, I was back on a horse without pain.He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and you can genuinely tell he loves what he does and lives out his passion for helping people. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a chiropractor who truly cares about their patients.

Back Pain Center for the win…again! I had shockwave therapy on my arm with Dr. Nicholson after dealing with chronic pain from an injury two years ago—and wow, what a difference. BPC is best there is all around. The functional medicine doc, Dr. Dix, saved my daughter. No other doctors would believe me about her issues. He not only believed me, but he got to the root of her problems. Healed her from the inside out instead of just covering it up. I came in skeptical about this place, but I was proven wrong. I am (was) just skeptical of chiropractic treatments in general. But Dr Brinker has restored my trust in them. It is more than a quick “adjustment”, there is after care, exercises, treatment plans etc. I had a bad injury from weightlifting, and he fixed me. Yes, it did take time. But between the appointments and the exercises, it was healed eventually. It feels like you’re seeing a physical therapist and a chiropractor at the same time.

I've been going to Back Pain Center for many years for basic maintenance and adjustments on my back and shoulders. I've recommended BPC to anyone and everyone! I love being able to sit, walk, run, and exercise virtually pain free. Even now, I'm in my third trimester of my first pregnancy and I am still able to get adjustments for my back, hips, and shoulders. I've received IV treatments as well, Natalie is great! I love Back Pain Center! It has been my best chiropractor experience so far in over 10 years. In 2024, I saw a chiropractor that no longer works there but I came back in 2025 and have been under the care of Dr. John! He is amazing! Very warm and friendly yet knows what he is doing and tailors his chiropractic work to your needs. I also love how they show you exercises and stretches to take home with you so that you can maintain your progress.

Back Pain Center has been extraordinary for all of my needs. I started by going in with some neck pain that I thought would never go away, but it wasn't long before that was resolved by Dr. Moore. After that, I have seen him for a large range of issues. He is very good about helping relieve pain as much as possible during the visit, but also providing things to do outside of the benefits that help resolve the root cause for the the pain. I never leave without understanding why something with me may be in pain and what I can do going forward to resolve and prevent it. I've worked with him thru so much more than back pain, but pain essentially anywhere on my body, and he's been very knowledgeable in all of those cases. I would recommend him to anybody I talk to.Also, the front office has been extremely great. My insurance has been a hassle over the last several years, but the front desk has been extremely understanding. They have put more effort than anybody would reasonable expect working with my insurance company and ensuring that I get the coverage that I should be getting. They are all extremely welcoming and never have an issue answering any questions I have or addressing any issues there may be with my account.Overall, I continue to go to this office, and I see me going to this office for as long as I live in this area. I feel confident that having Dr. Moore and his office as part of my team while I continue to train is instrumental to making myself the best, pain-free, version of me I can be.

Dr. Ryan Brinker has helped me tremendously. I have bulging discs in my neck and other mobility issues. I had tried 2 other chiropractors, 3 physical therapist, a manual therapist, had PRP injections and had given up on ever being able to work out or move well again.He started out slowly with alignments/strengthening movements and gradually helped increase my strength and mobility. Dr. Cowser is a superb chiropractor and doesn't just help with spinal adjustments/issues. He also helped me with my knee surgery recovery. He's very thorough and pushes you to overcome whatever obstacle stands between you and your best self. Healing the body naturally through adjustment, stretching, movement is much better than masking the issue with medication and inactivity. I've also gone to the Back Pain Center for deep tissue massages for years. All of their massage therapists are wonderful. Their administration staff is excellent too. Angie and Jessica are always helpful and cheerful.
